Ingredients:
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (drained well and chopped)
1 lb. fresh shrimp, boiled in Zatarain's crab boil and chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 - 3/4 cup picante sauce
1/4 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh NOT in container)
Short, finely julienned red pepper strips (optional)
Thinly sliced green onion tops
Directions:
Step 1:
Drain artichoke hearts; dice.
Step 2:
Add shrimp, cream cheese, mayo, picante sauce and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Step 3:
Spoon into 9 inch round pie plate or shallow baking dish.
Step 4:
Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until heated through.
Step 5:
Garnish with red pepper and green onions.
Step 6:
Serve with chips and assorted vegetable dippers.
