Crust:
Graham cracker crust (purchased from grocery store)
Cream Cheese Mixture:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbl. sugar
1 Tbl. milk
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
Directions:
Step 1:
Mix these ingredients together with a wire whisk.
Step 2:
Pour into crust.
Topping:
1 cup milk
1 can pumpkin - regular size
2 boxes (4 cup size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions:
Step 1:
Mix ingredients together with a wire whisk.
Step 2:
Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
Step 3:
Cool for at least 4 hours!
